Four Decades of Decoding Teams
Team Decoded™ was formed from over 4 decades of work with executive leadership teams (ELT) and the management teams that support them. As a Corporate Psychologist, I’ve been constantly impressed at the complexity of humans and even more so of humans in a team dynamic. No matter if it’s Private Equity sponsored, large family-owned or publicly traded companies, and no matter the geography, teams are complex.
Our methods of assessing executive and management teams have continuously been refined producing compelling results as well as clear methods of quickly and efficiently impacting these teams and guiding them to greater levels of alignment and peak performance. My findings have been consistent and measures of accelerating alignment and cohesion have also been refined.
